Who Will Be Coaching the Dolphins in 2012?

The Dolphins will need to decide what direction they will go along the sidelines next year. The decision of whether Tony Sparano will be coaching the Dolphins next year was decided a couple of weeks ago, relieving him of his coaching duties after losing to the Eagles 26-10 in week 14. Even though the Dolphins signed Sparano to a two year deal despite failing to lure a big name coach last off season like Jim Harbough, John Gruden or Bill Cowher, they made the move so they would not be in the same predicament. Some of these big names would not interview or listen to any Dolphin opportunities as long as the Dolphins had a coach under contract. Now that they have removed that obstacle which way do they go?
I feel the Dolphins can go in one of three directions for their next coach...
