Is Spoelstra the reason for the Heat's struggles?

The Miami Heat are supposed to be the cream of the crop, the favorites to win the NBA Finals this year, right. Well, at least they thought so when they held their preseason extravaganza/celebration after signing the 'Big 3' in July.As of late, the team has struggled beating winning teams. They have lost 5 straight games and have only one win against a top 5 squad, they beat the Lakers on Christmas Day.Many suggest that Lebron, Wade and Bosh just aren't compatible as teammates, while a section fans, critics and basketball minds believe that Erik Spoelstra is to blame.Spoelstra is in his third season as head coach of the Heat and led the team to two consecutive postseason appearances, both times losing in the first round.At 40, Spoelstra is the second youngest coach in the NBA but arguably has the toughest job.
