UW Pulls Away from Stanford

The Huskies took advantage of the momentum provided by the crowd and no one used it more than Isaiah Thomas.
Thomas had 14 of his 22 points in the last 3 minutes of the half, giving the Dawgs the lead going into the locker room.
UW never really let Stanford have another shot at winning the game. They were able to get inside and prevent too many turnovers. They went to the foul line more than they have in their last set of games and used those opportunities for their advantage.
Jeremy Green for Stanford had 24 points and helped the Cardinal hang around the Huskies. But in the end the Stanford attacks fell short. As the Dawgs win 87-76.
The Huskies now travel to Arizona to play Arizona State on Feb. 17 at 5:30pm and Arizona on Feb.19 at 3pm.
