Why the Chicago Cubs shouldn?t trade Garza

Every year since Matt Garza has been on the team he has had trade speculation surrounding him. Why shouldn?t Garza have that surrounding him? He has been on a team that hasn?t come close to finishing first in their division in many years; he has been outstanding on the mound while healthy, and he is a great team player and veteran to have on the team. When not pitching, Garza can always be seen on the steps in the dugout cheering on all the players. He is a guy who clearly loves the game of baseball and he plays it with a lot of passion. He is just an all-around great player and mentor to have on a team so it?s no wonder teams have been trying to pursue him.
What will the Cubs lose if Garza is traded?
Since Garza has been a Chicago Cub he has averaged more than 200 innings per season from 2010-2012 with an era of 3.68. He was unable to make his 2013 debut until May 21 due to an injury, but over his last two outings he has made up for the lost time. Garza is a prov
