In the clear: no charges for Brandon Marshall in NY nightclub incident

The New York Police Department has decided there is not enough evidence to charge Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall for an incident at a nightclub where a woman accused him of punching her in the face.
Christin Myles filed a complaint with the police that Marshall had hit her on the face following a fight outside a club. He has denied being involved in the fight as he and his wife were trying to leave after the fight broke out. He says his wife is actually the victim in this, getting hit with a bottle as they were leaving.
Police said there was very little evidence to charge Marshall. His attorney, Harvey Steinberg told the AP that the police's decision proves that his client was innocent.
