Philadelphia Eagles Draft Recap & Grade
The Eagles bucked the usual NFL pattern of contend-suck-rebuild in 2010 when Michael Vick re-emerged as football’s most electrifying play maker. After a decade near the top of the NFL standings with Donovan McNabb at the helm, one might have thought Philly would have to retool and assemble a new team, but having drafted wisely in the last few years of McNabb’s Eagles’ career, they already had the pieces to win with. Hitting a home run with Vick was just the icing on the cake.
