Titans to spruce up offer for Manning?

According to Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network, it looks like Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams is serious about doing whatever it takes to sign Peyton Manning, whether that means handing him a blank check or possibly giving him a management position with the organization once he retires.
The Denver Broncos on the other hand, already have John Elway involved in the position Manning would be most suited for.
As we get closer to Manning finally making a decision, I believe the last two teams that are truly standing right now, are the Broncos and Titans.
