Wondering ?What If? Hummel Hooped With Boilermakers

Last year, the Purdue Boilermakers were in prime position to secure a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament and appeared to be one of the favorites for the national title. Hopes of� championship banner were dimmed� on February 24th in Minnesota as star player Robbie Hummel drove the lane, attempted a jump stop, and fell to the floor in pain. �Hummel was diagnosed with a torn ACL a day later.� Purdue managed to make it to the Sweet 16 before falling to eventual national champion Duke. Purdue fans who had expected more were left wondering ?what if,? Hummel had been part of the March madness mix.
