Winners and Losers from Week 2 of Philadelphia Eagles Training Camp

The first victory of the Chip Kelly era came as the Philadelphia Eagles narrowly defeated the Carolina Panthers by a 14-9 score in Thursday's preseason game. The Eagles' second preseason game improved their record to 1-1.

Just three weeks away from the start of the 2013 season, the most important battle, the one for the job of starting quarterback, continues. Both Michael Vick and Nick Foles had their opportunity to shine against their NFC South foes.
