Fiesta Bowl fined $1 million by BCS
The Fiesta Bowl, one of the five BCS bowls, has jumped a major hurdle, after it was revealed that it will remain a part of the BCS, but will have to pay a $1 million fine. The fine comes after it was revealed that the Fiesta Bowl reimbursed employees who gave $45,000 in campaign contributions, as well as inappropriate spending by then-CEO and President John Junker.
