Undrafted offensive lineman Lane Taylor looks the part

The Green Bay Packers are feeling pretty good about their scouting ofrookie offensive lineman Lane Taylor, who failed to be drafted in April.

After the draft, they jumped immediately on the opportunity to bring in the 6-foot-3 and 324-pounder out of Okalhoma State. At the team's OTAs, Taylor's been consistently working with the number 2 offense and is showing a good grasp of the system. He's playing in natural right guard position and is taking the lessons from offensive line coach James Campen with a great attitude. The team is also getting a look at him also at left guard and center in the hope that he can be a versatile asset for them in 2013 and beyond.

?Rolling with the twos right now, I think I?m getting better every day,? Taylor said, via the Green Bay Press Gazette. ?I think I?ll get better and better the more naturally the plays come to me. But it?s definitely encouraging and makes me want to just hold down that spot and do better.?
