Is Andy LaRoche the Next Marco Scutaro?

Could Andy LaRoche fill the void left by Marco Scutaro in 2007?
Ever since the Oakland Athletics traded their ?Mr. Everything?, Marco Scutaro, to the Toronto Blue Jays in 2007 for pitchers�Kristian Bell and Graham Godfrey, the A?s have been searching for? well? another Marco Scutaro.
They have been missing a guy who could come in and play almost any infield position at any given time and deliver the clutch hit. Since Marco Scutaro left, the A?s have tried guys like Jack Hannahan, Nomar Garciaparra, Adam Kennedy, and Adam Rosales. Rosales seems to have been the best Marco Scutaro impersonator so far, but he?s injured and has been injured.
Now enter Big League camp invite, Andy LaRoche. At one point, LaRoche was a top prospect for the Los Angeles Dodgers, who also spent some time with the MLB Black Hole Pittsburgh Pirates. The brother of Adam LaRoche, Andy is putting together a pretty phenomenal spring training for the A?s.
