Dillon plans for Cup debut

Richard Childress Racing announced over the weekend that team owner Richard Childress' grandson and son of former Nationwide Series driver Mike Dillon, Austin Dillon -- who is a regular and was 2010 Rookie of the Year in the Camping World Truck Series -- will make his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut later this season in a No. 98 car fielded by Curb-Agajanian Performance Group.

The specific date and track for Dillon's Cup debut hasn't yet beeen determined (expected to be at either Kansas Speedway in October or Phoenix International Raceway in November), but the sponsors for the effort have been announced -- The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation's Centennial Celebration and the Childress Institute for Pediatric Trauma.
