Bernard Tomic Loses Licence

Sometimes it feels like we are keeping a Bernard Tomic gossip website, such is the bad behavior of the Gold Coast brat. Just as Tomic was looking to be changing his ways after coming through a lacklustre draw to win the Sydney ATP tournament and a decent if not sparkling third round Australian Open appearance, twenty year old Tomic has been caught speeding on the Gold Coast. Having sold his bright orange BMW after a string of driving offenses early last year, Tomic was caught in a bright yellow Ferrari driving at 78km/h on a 60km/h zone Tuesday (AU time). Due to his other driving offences, Tomic will lose his licence. Following a spat with Pat Rafter, Tomic was dropped from the Davis Cup team, which has headed to China to play against Chinese Taipei. Had Tomic been in the team, he may still have a driver's licence. Knowing his passion for fast cars, this could be the ultimate wake-up-call Rafter was hoping for.
