Sullinger looks like consensus top pick
The Cleveland Cavaliers are running away with the title of the NBA's worst team and are showing no signs of improving. They'll likely have the No. 1 pick in June's draft. Waiting for them will likely be an in-state product who will be the consensus No. 1 pick. Sound familiar? The Cavaliers, who seem like they haven't won a game since October (in reality, they haven't won since Dec. 18, so close enough), will most likely be picking first overall when the draft gets here -- assuming the lottery cooperates. If they're smart, they'll use that pick on Ohio State...
