After Missing 35 Straight Games, Chris Kaman Returns From Ankle Injury

Los Angeles Clippers center Chris Kaman returned to action after missing the last two months with an ankle sprain and bone bruise. He played just 10 minutes, tallying 4 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 blocks.

The Breakdown
Kaman will be eased back into the rotation and should eventually take over the starting center spot from DeAndre Jordon once he shakes the rust off. After missing so much action, it may take him a couple of weeks before he can become a reliable fantasy contributor. Because of his potential, he is a must add right now. Kaman can be a great source of points, rebounds, and blocks if he can remain healthy. Some may have forgotten he was an All Star center last year.

Jordan owners shouldn't drop him just yet. Kaman previously tried to return from the same ankle injury only to aggravate it shortly thereafter. We'd wait until Chris is playing over 25 minutes a night before sending DeAndre to the waiver wire.
