The Dallas Cowboys are not going to the playoffs once again in 2012, and Jerry Jones I'm sure is scouting potential replacements for Jason Garrett. You have to wonder what made Jason Garrett stand out to Jerry Jones so much that he was content with Garrett replacing Wade Phillips.
