Bruins to Provide Melted Championship Ice From TD Garden to Every Hockey Rink in New England
Looking for a little home ice advantage at your local rink? Nathan Horton might know a thing or two about that. Horton, you may remember, squirted water from the TD Garden onto the Canucks' home ice before Game 7 of last year's Stanley Cup Finals. The Bruins had won all three games on their home ice in convincing fashion so Horton hoped to carry that mojo into Vancouver. Luckily for local rinks, the Bruins melted all the ice from the Garden after their Stanley Cup-winning season and are now providing every hockey rink in New England a water bottle's worth...
