Keselowski Fastest At Daytona As Preseason Testing Concludes
The first official NASCAR test of 2011 has come to a close at Daytona International Speedway. Drivers were able to test the new asphalt for three days this week in preparation for the 2011 season opening Daytona 500. #4 Kasey Kahne, #83 Brian Vickers, #48 Jimmie Johnson and #88 Dale Earnhardt Jr. practice at DaytonaBrad Keselowski was fastest in the blue deuce, driving the #2 for Penske Racing. Keselowski posted a speed 198.605, and a time of 45.316. Second on the speed chart was teammate Kurt Busch, driving the #22 yellow double deuce, with a speed of 198.579, and a time of 45.322. "It?s gonna be one heck of a Daytona," Busch said in the garage during the afternoon testThe Penske Dodges were followed up on the chart by the Joe Gibbs Racing teammates of Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, and Joey Logano.
