Patrick Peterson plays offense, runs trick play
The Cardinals have some trickery up their sleeves with cornerback Patrick Peterson. Over the course of the preseason, there was a lot of talk about Peterson helping on the offensive side of the ball. He?s lined up on offense a few times this year, but nothing has really happened until today. Against the Lions with about five minutes left in the third, Patrick Peterson lined up on offense when Carson Palmer snapped the ball, handed it off to Peterson who spun around and rolled out hitting receiver Kerry Taylor for a seventeen yard pickup. Patrick Kane Puts on Ridiculous Stickhandling Show in New Bauer Commercial (Video)
Patrick Kane dazzles on the ice with his magician-like stickhandling skills and hands that are impossibly fast, but his latest commercial for Bauer is truly something else.
In the video that the Blackhawks winger says took only 20 or 30 minutes to film, Kane showcases his ability of being able to control a puck. The advertisement begins with Kaner moving one puck around four others that are placed close to one another. More and more pucks are then added in as No. 88 continues to navigate his way through the hockey obstacle course flawlessly.
The video concludes with Kane lifting the puck on his stick and hitting it into the camera, and while his accuracy probably could?ve handled that task, he maintains that segment is the only part of the video that is not real.
Check out the commercial for Bauer?s new Vapor stick in the video below, but moves like Kane?s aren?t guaranteed.

Bobby Valentine stands by claim about the Yankees and 9/11
Bobby Valentine?s comments Wednesday on the 12-year anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001 were puzzling enough. But when called out for what he said, Valentine dug in even deeper. The former Mets manager blasted the Yankees on Wednesday saying New York?s other team wasn?t as involved in the relief efforts following 9/11 as the Mets were. The Yankees were nowhere to be seen, Valentine claimed, while essentially telling everyone how much he and the Mets did at the same time. It was baffling why Valentine would bring something like that up, especially on 9/11, but it was summed up as Bobby being Bobby. Park looks to make history at Evian Championship
Top-ranked Inbee Park has two objectives at the Evian Championship: Successfully defending her title and making history.
The South Korean is looking to become the first professional golfer to win four majors in a year, something not even the likes of Arnold Palmer, Annika Sorenstam or Jack Nicklaus could manage.
''Four out of five majors is an amazing thing to achieve,'' Park said on Wednesday, a day before the event. ''When I go outside the house and go anywhere in Korea, a lot of people come up to me. It's like I'm a celebrity.''
After winning the U.S. Women's Open in June for her third consecutive major of 2013, her bid for a fourth straight ended at the British Open in August, when she was out of touch and four-putted for double bogey on the first hole of the final round.
But she is still the overwhelming favorite at Evian.

U.S. soccer climbs six places in FIFA rankings
Argentina has climbed to second place behind World Cup champion Spain in the monthly FIFA rankings, and the United States moved up six places to No. 13. Case continues over Thorpe's body
The hand-lettered donation jar on Anne Marie Fitzpatrick's store counter says what many residents of this well-preserved Victorian-era town are thinking and feeling lately: "Keep Jim Thorpe in Jim Thorpe."
The surviving sons of the famous American Indian athlete have long fought to get the remains of their father moved from Jim Thorpe, Pa., to tribal lands in Oklahoma, where he was born, and they recently won a crucial legal victory that put them close to their goal.
But Jim Thorpe isn't letting its Olympian namesake go without a fight. Residents and business owners are helping to raise money for the town's appeal -- to be filed later this month -- saying they have honored, appreciated and respected a man long considered one of the 20th century's best athletes.
Hence the donation jar on the counter of Fitzpatrick's gift shop, prominently displayed between the cash register and a rack of cat figurines.
