Chinese soccer player drags injury-faking, time-wasting opponent off the pitch (Video)

In Wednesday soccer action from the Chinese Super League, a player reacted to an opponent faking an injury in the final moments of a game by dragging the allegedly injured player off the pitch.

It happened in the 90th minute of the game with Changchun Yatai holding a 1-0 lead over Shanghai Shenhua. After Shenhua?s midfielder Wang Shouting and Yatai?s Matt McKay banged into each other while jumping up for the ball, McKay slowly slumped over and fell to the ground in exaggeration of his apparent minor injury in order to milk some seconds from the clock. However, rather than allow McKay to get away with it, Shouting decided to "assist" McKay by pulling him along the ground until he reached the sideline.

Needless to say, this didn't go over well with the officials, as Shouting was given a red card and sent off. Yatai was able to hang on for the 1-0 victory.

Although we're in agreement with Shouting that fake injuries have no place in the game, this may not have been the right way
