Robert Swift Refuses to Leave House After Bank Forecloses, Sells to New Owner (Video)
Robert Swift no longer owns his house, but that doesn?t mean he?s moving out. The Seattle Sonics draft bust lost his house to foreclosure last summer, and refuses to leave, according to KOMO News. The bank has sold the house to a new owner, who can?t get Swift out. Swift was the No. 12 overall pick in 2004 out of high school. He spent four seasons in the league with the Sonics and Oklahoma City Thunder. The 27 year old made $20 million during his career and purchased the house for $1.35 million in 2006. The house has fallen into disrepair with empty beer cans littering the front yard. It also has cars sitting in the driveway that appear they haven?t been driven in some time. The house has four beds and 4 1/2 baths. It was built in 2000 and sits on approximately 6,240 square feet. Swift has until the end of the month before police will have to remove Swift by force.
