Because he can: John Calipari recruiting Drake

With Andrew Wiggins reclassing to 2013, Kentucky head coach John Calipari now needs to close the deal on his most important recruiting battle. Landing Andrew Wiggins is now the No. 1 goal.

But that doesn't mean he doesn't have time for other pursuits. Why? Because he's John Calipari, and John Calipari owns social media.


So he's turned his attention to another superstar from Toronto. This time it's Aubrey Graham, otherwise known as the entertainer Drake. Apparently, he graduated high school yesterday.


For those asking what I gave @drake at his graduation, I gave him a game jersey with his name on it and a copy of our recruiting video.
